I'm not aware I joined your organization. You have billed me $72.21 today. Please remove the charge.?
A-Best: I have been in this situation before and did not get my money back. A good thing to do is read the Terms and Conditions before signing up for something. You don't have to read the whole thing but at least skim through it. Look for stuff that says, additional services. or sign up fees. Just read all the section titles in the terms and conditions and fully read ones that talk about fees and services you are getting when you sign up.
A: To whom is this directed???? Because no one here charged you $72.21.
A: Please provide more info.
A: The questions on Yahoo Answers are not answered by Yahoo employees. This is a forum to ask questions and give answers between peers.
If Yahoo has charged you something you're disputing, you'll have to contact your credit card company and open a dispute claim.
A: If you want to dispute the charge, you have to go through the company that charged the account. To be on the safe side, I would close that account. You should also put it on fraud alert through Trans Union Fraud Dept. Their toll free # 1-800-680-7289. They will notify the other 2 bureaus. It has to be renewed every 90 days in order to keep it active. Better to be safe than sorry later.
